Battle Creek Falls

 We love hiking with our kids.  Well, let me rephrase that.  I love hiking with our kids, and John humors me.  He probably wasn't too sad to miss out on this hike since he had to work.  Luckily, my sisters were in town with their families and my mom and brother could come.  My kids love it.  Carston was disappointed that we had to leave and couldn't head up some other trails to explore.  He never forgets to bring his walking stick.  The girls like to skip around, pretend they are fairies, and sing about being rescuers.  This was a great hike with so many little kids-much easier than the Stewart Falls one we did last summer.  We even found a cool snake up by the waterfall.
