Come What May and Love It

That was the lesson the last time I went to Relief Society. It keeps coming to my mind today and it makes me laugh. Here's why: I went to the doctor. He told me that I'm dilated to a three, and that I'm as close as possible without being in full blown labor. A few hours later, I went to the dentist (I HATE the dentist, but that is another story). I got the news that I have to have an emergency root canal TOMORROW! I'm scheduled to get induced the day after that. So, I get to have a root canal tomorrow and then go to the hospital and have a baby the next day. Wow. Sounds good. And then to top it all off, Carston started running a fever tonight. All his cousins, whom he hung out with at the cabin, were throwing up or just found out they had strep. So maybe I'll get to come home from the hospital with a newborn baby to a house filled with sick kids. Yeah, things are shaping up quite nicely :) Good thing I have such an amazing family that is here to help me so much. I don't know how I'd manage right now without them. My sisters and my mom have watched my kids so much this last month, and my mom is always providing dinner for us. I'm so grateful for everything they do.

Wow Natalie - that stinks (about the root canal and sick kids). I am excited that you get to have a baby soon though. Good luck with all that is going on! Can't wait to hear what the new baby is and it's name! I hope the delivery goes well!

I feel for you on the root canal. I've had too many! I blame it on having kids. Everyone I talk to who has had a root canal either just had a baby or is about to have one! Good Luck with induction and labor! Hope all goes well and smooth!
